Mon Rovîa is arguably the most internationally visible Liberian artist right now, especially outside Africa.

Mon Rovîa, the Liberian-born, Tennessee-based singer-songwriter whose music blends heartfelt indie-folk with the rich cultural influences of his West African heritage, has officially announced his 2026 European tour, with at least 16 concerts booked across major cities.

Born in Monrovia, Liberia, Mon Rovîa’s journey from a war-torn childhood to international stages has been a testament to resilience and artistic vision. After being adopted and raised in the United States, he developed his distinct “Afro-Appalachian” sound,  a musical language that bridges continents and cultures while staying rooted in personal storytelling and emotional honesty.

Mon Rovîa has steadily built a global following through a series of emotionally resonant releases. He has released multiple EPs that chart the arc of growth and healing, culminating in his debut full-length album Bloodline,  released in January 2026, which has drawn critical acclaim for its intimate exploration of identity, memory, and belonging.

The 2026 tour will feature performances in major European cultural hubs, including:

Stockholm, Sweden – Berns (Jan 14)

Oslo, Norway – Rockefeller (Jan 15)

Copenhagen, Denmark – Vega (Jan 16)

Dublin, Ireland – Vicar Street (Jan 20)

Glasgow & Manchester, UK (Jan 22–24)

London, UK – O2 Forum Kentish Town (Jan 29)

Paris, France – Élysée Montmartre (Jan 31)

Amsterdam, Netherlands – Paradiso (Feb 3)

Cologne & Hamburg, Germany (Feb 4–7)

Munich, Germany – Technikum (Feb 9)

Zürich, Switzerland – Plaza (Feb 10) and additional scheduled stops, totaling 16 confirmed shows across Europe.

Mon Rovîa’s live performances are renowned for their emotional depth , anchored by his warm vocals and intimate guitar or ukulele arrangements,  and have earned him invitations to perform at major festivals and venues around the world. His music has resonated widely on social media platforms as well, helping to elevate his profile with millions of cumulative views and streams.

This tour marks a significant milestone in Mon Rovîa’s career, reinforcing his growing reputation as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary folk and indie music, with a message that transcends borders and unites audiences through shared experience and empathy.
