Monrovia, Liberia – The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP) has proudly celebrated the graduation of its 11th class, comprising more than one hundred young professionals who have completed the program’s rigorous two-year fellowship.

The ceremony, held in Monrovia, brought together government officials, partners, and families of the graduates, highlighting PYPP’s central role in grooming Liberia’s future leaders for public service.

Among the voices of encouragement was Harper Williams, a proud graduate of the program and now a Master’s candidate in Public Health, who is also known as a rising Afrobeats sensation. Williams reflected on his journey through PYPP and the impact it continues to have on his life.

“This program is about more than building careers,” Williams said. “It is about creating a new culture of leadership and service. As young professionals, whether in government, health, or music, we must use our talents to build a stronger Liberia.”

Since its establishment, PYPP has trained and deployed hundreds of professionals across key ministries and agencies, strengthening governance and institutional capacity in Liberia.

In continuation of this mission, the President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP), in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA), has announced the launch of its 14th Regular Recruitment Exercise.
